Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of digital gift cards, codes, and electronic links ("Products") provided through Givr. By purchasing or using these Products, you agree to these Terms.
2. Gift Cards and Digital Codes
2.1. The redemption of gift cards and digital codes is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective brand ("Brand"). These terms may include restrictions on expiration dates, redemption locations, and refund policies.
2.2. Unless explicitly stated, all gift cards and codes are non-refundable.
2.3. If a gift card or code with its full original balance is lost or stolen, Givr will make reasonable efforts to assist in deactivation or replacement, but this is subject to the Brand"s policies. Lost or stolen cards must be reported within 24 hours with the complete identification number.
3. Givr Secure Links and Choice Links
3.1. Givr may issue electronic links ("Links"), including Givr Secure Links and Choice Links, which can be used to claim Products.
3.2. Givr Secure Links allow a recipient to claim a specific pre-determined Product (such as a Gift Card or Code from a single Brand) up to a specified amount.
3.3. Choice Links allow a recipient to choose a Product from a pre-determined selection of Brands, up to the stated amount.
3.4. Links must be used before the Link Expiry Date. Unless otherwise specified, Givr Secure Links are valid for a minimum of 24 months from the date of issue, and Choice Links are valid for a minimum of 6 months.
3.5. If a Link expires before it is used, it is non-refundable and cannot be reactivated or replaced.
4. Use of Products
4.1. Products may only be used in the designated region or country specified at the time of purchase.
4.2. Products must be used solely for personal use and not for resale or commercial purposes.
4.3. Unauthorized use of Products, including fraudulent transactions, may result in cancellation without refund.
5. Transaction Process
5.1. All purchases of Products through Givr are final.
5.2. Givr does not guarantee the availability of specific Products as Brands may change their offerings.
5.3. Once a Product has been issued, risk of loss transfers to the recipient. Givr is not liable for lost, stolen, or misused Products after transmission.
6. Support and Disputes
6.1. If you encounter any issues with a Product, you may contact Givr’s support team for assistance.
6.2. Givr will liaise with the relevant Brand to resolve disputes where possible, but final resolution is subject to the Brand"s policies.
6.3. Balance checks on Products may be subject to additional fees or restrictions imposed by the Brand.
7. Changes to These Terms
7.1. Givr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Products signifies acceptance of any changes.
